History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: Born in the north to a Crown-heir, Heian learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He tends to his Crown-heir job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it
