Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: Koeth lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
