Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Born in the west to a Soapmaker, Varis learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He became a Soapmaker soon after.

Description: He wears grey painted combat armor at almost all times. He carries a battered scythe and tarnished club as well. His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. He is baby faced.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Naal embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Naal hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Revenge; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His silver hair is heavily combed to the right. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Bookbinder kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly spears and rapiers. With bright blonde hair and a scraggly beard. His amber eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and wants his loneliness to end
