Nim's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Nim was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: This late middle aged man wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame and is in decent physical shape. He has done his best to style his golden hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and doesn't want to be a fortune-teller and was forced into it by his family

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Korfel hails from a village terrorized by giants. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and he wants revenge against giants

Description: This man wears silk and lounges about seductively, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Tanner kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
