Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Mindartis isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
