He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. After coming to the age of reason, Uthemar took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind.
