He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's also a talented Herbalist, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Elven people; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: Tharivol wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Gifted from a young age, Tharivol studied abroad. A gifted student he started as a Performer, but he got bored and became a Sage. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

History: Varis hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Being a Healer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
