Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
