Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Heian is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and a rival would like him out of the picture
