History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
