History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His moppish golden hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are green.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Quarion is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Quarion was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Courier. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Quarion fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he seems to be bored by most things
