History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Uthemar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: He was born in the east. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and he wants revenge against illithids
