Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Naal was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

History: Born in the west to a Brewer, Rolen learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and wants to raise his children well

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Aust fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
