History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Uthemar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
