Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He wears skinny pants and wears a blue and green robe with the hood down, marred by beers. He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Mayor business.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Theriatis took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up morningstar and armor he uses now. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
