Quarion's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Ahvain was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Dyer. He struck the Dyer job and began his own company from there.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
