He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
