Personality: Koeth is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born in the north. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.
