Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Paelias was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
