Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and someone believes him a fraud

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

History: Aust hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
