The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
