Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. History: The child of a Bather, who enjoyed hunting, Quarion was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Quarion grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Quarion. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
