History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sailor for the past few years.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a ceremonial dagger, but if one is not available he will default to his whip, marred by sweets. His hair is long and brown with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are blue.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theren fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
