His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Carrie was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Carrie's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he loathes his own lifestyle

History: Paelias was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Arannis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Arannis. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
