History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Adran alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Adran never married again.
