Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Carrie grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Carrie. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
