However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lamlis grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Aust was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sellsword hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Aust and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
