History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Berrian was a troubled youth. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and grey handkerchief worn on his left side. Sporting a brown mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Riardon is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nutae grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nutae. Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His hair is long and white with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. His half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Ruler born in the past three hundred years. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Ruler but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He struck the Ruler job and began his own company from there.
