History: Born in the east to a Mason, Theren learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mason. After a long history of fighting, Theren and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mason responsibilities is difficult.

He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
