He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, and is pretty ugly. His deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longbow.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with his old friends

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in.
