History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Nim and his spouse have recently divorced.
