History: Aelar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shipwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
