Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own.
