History: He was born in the north. Efferil was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Jeweler. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is obsessed with his god.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
