Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright violet and red, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are a pleasant amber.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Traki was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Traki decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now owns his own business.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has worked as a Painter like his father before him.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.
