History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Lamlis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is typically in his Marshal uniform. His moppish golden hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. A true patriot, Nim would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Nim was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Born to a Blacksmith, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carpenter. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a green shirt with thin red vertical stripes and black pants. His red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
