Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting gnolls, the young Berrian began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Varis was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Varis's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away.

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep tan leather and dull black iron scale mail. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His red hair is long and unkept. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady green eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born in the east to a Crown-heir, Azaki learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He struck the Crown-heir job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born in a small forest village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Laucian took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up lance and armor he uses now. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
