History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Heian was a troubled youth. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
