History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Aerdeth was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and revenge
