History: Rolen hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Rolen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Traki was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west.
