He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Recently the stress of being a Jeweler has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Varis abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has never given up on his writing dream.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
