History: Halimath was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

His black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: Mindartis speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Dyer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Mayor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in the south to a Mayor, Laucian learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mayor for the past few years.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and seeks redemption
