History: Born in the west to a Miller, Carrie learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Carrie was a troubled youth. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Miller kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
