History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Spice Merchant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Spice Merchant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Paelias was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He struck the Marshal job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Marshal responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Mortician but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. A gifted student he started as a Marshal, but he got bored and became a Mortician. He struck the Mortician job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Marshal; and wants his loneliness to end

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Nutae is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Nutae alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now mingles about in high society.
