His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Heian took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up spear and armor he uses now. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Paelias lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and doesn't want to be a bather and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. The war was a terrible time for him, and Dayereth does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Gifted from a young age, Adran studied abroad. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.
