Description: This man is very fat, and wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He has dyed his greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Lucan speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Banker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ivellios grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ivellios. He has achieved small success as a Bowyer.

His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
