Description: He wears suspenders and blue workpants. His shirt is brown, and he wears a heavy blue leather apron most of the time, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'1" when asserting himself. His hair is long and golden with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is red, braided, and well cared for. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Erevan was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He typically wears red cloth garments or leather armor, marred by beers. His white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bather hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a bather and was forced into it by his family

Description: He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. He is portly but not overly obese. His hair is cut close to his head. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He became a Miller soon after.

Motivation: He is greedy; and balancing his hectic life and new miller responsibilities is difficult
