History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Peren took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up lance and armor he uses now. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to end his boredom

He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Map Maker.
