History: Heian lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When Heian reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He struck the Stylist job and began his own company from there.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He takes great joy in being the best Slave Trader in town.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Slave Trader. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lucan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

His chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and to reunite with his old friends

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
