History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Efferil was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature falchion.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born in the north. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
